Roy Gioconda
As Founder and Managing Director of ATR, Roy Gioconda has worked in the aviation industry since 1984. He began his career in commercial aviation as an A&P technician with American Airlines. Roy then transitioned to business aviation and has held mission critical leadership positions, including Director of Maintenance and Director of Quality, with several air charter operators. He also worked closely with business aircraft buyers and sellers as the DOM at an aircraft brokerage. Roy led support organizations and product teams at CAMP Systems, Traxxall, IBM and Bluetail. His decades of aircraft maintenance experience certifies ATR delivers the highest level of quality and service to clients. Roy is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, holds an FAA A&P certificate and is a member of the NBAA Maintenance Committee.
